Morgan's extensive healthcare leadership spanning over two decades and his steadfast commitment to clinical excellence make him an invaluable addition to the organization's legacy. Beginning his journey in the U.S. Army Reserves straight after high school, Macgregor's two-decade military service saw him actively deployed to other regions, including Iraq. His advocacy for fairness, equality and the principle of servitude has been the compass guiding his career. Post military service, Morgan transitioned into nursing, acquiring a doctorate in nursing from Northeastern University. His journey from a bedside nurse in Boston's major hospitals to leadership roles, including chief executive officer, underscores his versatility and dedication.

Timothy Harrigan
Director of Business

With over 30 years of experience in business development within the healthcare industry, Tim Harrigan joins LRVNA as the Director of Business Development. Tim began his career as an X-ray/MRI technician, quickly advancing into business development. He has a proven track record in building practices for neurosurgeons, diagnostic imaging facilities, and orthopedic groups, including The Hospital for Special Surgery. Tim specializes in developing overall business operations and fostering growth among referring physicians. Outside of work, Tim is dedicated to his family, which includes his wife and twin daughters.

Tanaya Call, RN, BSN
Director of Clinical Operations

Bringing an extensive background in nursing, including critical care and hospice, along with a strategic mindset cultivated through her MBA, Tanaya Call serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at LRVNA. Leading the clinical team with precision and compassion, Tanaya is committed to optimizing healthcare delivery, ensuring the agency maintains the highest standards of quality and patient-centered care. Her leadership enhances the overall client experience, making her a valuable asset to the organization. Outside of LRVNA, Tanaya enjoys spending time with her husband and identical twin boys and is often found cooking and creating new dishes in the kitchen.

Debra Peaslee, RN
Director of Quality & Compliance

With over four decades of expertise in Home Health Care, Debra Peaslee brings a wealth of experience to her role as the Director of Quality & Compliance at LRVNA. A proud alumna of the Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Worcester, MA, Debra kickstarted her nursing career at Moultonborough Visiting Nurse Service. Her journey includes serving as the Director for an impressive 32 years before transitioning to Lakes Region VNA in 2014. Currently overseeing the Intake and Quality Departments, Debra ensures meticulous adherence to stringent standards set forth by Medicare and State regulations. Her commitment to excellence and extensive experience makes her an invaluable asset in upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance in Home Health Care.

With a career that began as a biller in 2012, Jenny has steadily climbed the professional ladder, accumulating invaluable financial expertise along the way. Her journey through the ranks has equipped her with the skills needed to excel in her current role.

Jenny is not only passionate about numbers but also a strong advocate for teamwork. She firmly believes that collaboration is the key to effective problem-solving. Her approach to challenges is marked by a spirit of cooperation and a commitment to finding innovative solutions.

Beyond her work at Lakes Region VNA, Jenny enjoys the simple pleasures of life. She cherishes quality time spent with her family, including her husband and their two delightful dogs. An avid traveler, she seeks adventure in exploring new places. And when she’s not crunching numbers or jet-setting, you might find her engaged in friendly card games.

Betsy Livingston
Director of Spiritual and Social Services

With a remarkable 24-year career in social work, Betsy Livingston serves as the Director of Spiritual and Social Services at LRVNA. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role, with a master's degree in social work from The University of South Carolina. Betsy is currently pursuing social work certification in hospice and palliative care, reflecting her commitment to continuous improvement. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Betsy finds joy and balance in the great outdoors, being an avid mountain biking enthusiast and shopper. Through her multifaceted interests and extensive experience in social work, Betsy Livingston continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.

As a seasoned Human Resources professional, Lauren Onsrud brings a robust background in HR leadership, executive support, and office administration to her role as Human Resources Manager at LRVNA. Originally hailing from the NY financial services world, Lauren is a Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). She holds a Master's degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Southern Maine, showcasing her dedication to continuous learning and proficiency in both artistic and business-oriented domains. Outside of her professional pursuits, Lauren enjoys engaging in culinary endeavors, indulging her passion for singing, and exploring the scenic landscapes of the region through hiking.

Our nursing staff consists of highly trained and experienced registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. They work closely with our patients, their families, and their healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans that meet their individual needs and help them recover and maintain their health in the comfort of their own homes.

Our personal care staff consists of certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and home health aides (HHAs) who are dedicated to providing personal care services to our patients. They assist our patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, and provide companionship and emotional support to help our patients maintain their independence and quality of life.
