Renee Speltz
Chairwoman
Renee's professional journey reflects a diverse and impactful career spanning multiple countries and roles. Her initial experience as a therapist in a closed ward treating patients with paranoid schizophrenia demonstrates a commitment to mental health care. Moving to Asia, particularly China, marked a shift in her career, where she provided therapy for cross-cultural couples and volunteered in an orphanage, emphasizing her adaptability and compassion.
In Hong Kong and Singapore, Renee contributed to HR departments of multinational companies by providing consulting in Patriation and Repatriation, showcasing her expertise in corporate settings. Her involvement in organizations like the American Chamber of Commerce and the American Association of Singapore highlights her engagement within the expatriate community.
In Manila, Renee took on various roles, volunteering as a Board Member for In-Touch Community Services, participating in the American Association of the Philippines, and founding the first non-governmental volunteer-based K9 Search and Rescue organization in the Philippines (PhK9SAR). Her experience with the US Homeland Security K9 training facility in Virginia contributed to her success as the Founding Chair of PhK9SAR, where she served as a liaison between the organization and Philippine government agencies like FEMA, the Navy, and the Coast Guard. Notably, she achieved the distinction of being the first foreign woman inducted into the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary with the rank of Captain.
Returning to New Hampshire, Renee continued her commitment to community service by volunteering as a Board Member for organizations like the Loon Preservation Committee and the Winnipesaukee Playhouse. Additionally, she currently serves as Chair for the Lakes Region Visiting Nurse Association, showcasing her ongoing dedication to community health.
Overall, Renee's career trajectory is marked by versatility, adaptability, and a profound commitment to mental health, community service, and international collaboration.

Marc Weeks
Vice-Chair
A native of the Lakes Region, Marcus started his career at Meredith Village Savings Bank as a student teller while attending Moultonborough Academy. After graduation, Marcus studied Business Management and Finance at Bentley University. He continued with MVSB as a seasonal employee while attending college and rejoined fulltime in 2002. Since that time Marcus has held many roles across the organization, becoming President in 2022. Marcus has also served on the board of several non-profits including; Habitat for Humanity, The Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce, Wentworth Economic Development Corporation, Eastern Lakes Region Housing Collation, Spaulding Academy and Youth Services, Geneva Point Center, Inc., Boys and Girls Clubs of Central NH and the Lakes Region Visiting Nurse Association.
John King
Secretary
John C. King graduated from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and the Georgetown Law Center and is a member of the Connecticut and New Hampshire Bars. He has extensive trial and appellate experience in the state and federal systems and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is a past President of the Hartford (Connecticut) County Bar Assiciation. He has served in leadership positions in numerous professional and community associations. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Hospital for Special Care, a regional Long Term Acute Care Facility in New Britain, Connecticut, and chaired its Governance Committee for eight years, on which he currently sits. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lakes Region Visiting Nurse Association and a member of the Meredith Rotary Club, both located in Meredith, New Hampshire. He is a Fourth Degree Knight of the Meredith Council of the Knights of Columbus, also in Meredith, New Hampshire. He lives in Moultonborough, New Hampshire with his wife, Patty, and they are parents of five children and two grandchildren.

Robert Ciardi is the founder and Managing Partner and Founder of Provident Healthcare Partners.
Mr. Ciardi has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity and corporate finance, and has been the lead banker in hundreds of M&A transactions aggregating billions of dollars throughout his career.
A highly sought-after adviser and strategist to senior healthcare executives across the country, Mr. Ciardi’s transactional and negotiating experience has proved invaluable to a myriad of clients in all sectors of healthcare services. He is a featured speaker at many healthcare industry seminars, and is quoted in numerous industry trade publications.
In addition to his extensive healthcare experience, Mr. Ciardi has also been a founding shareholder of several other companies in the fields of venture capital, private equity, real estate development, and financial services. Mr. Ciardi began his career as a member of the Boston Office of Deloitte & Touche, LLP as a CPA. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bryant University. Mr. Ciardi is an active member of several healthcare industry trade groups as well as a number of charitable and community organizations, including Provident’s own Charitable Foundation, and Papa’s Promise, Inc., a 501(c)(3) he established in honor of his dad, which provides support for the caregivers of people inflicted with dementia.

Erin Jospe, MD
Board Member
Dr. Erin Jospe, a Johns Hopkins and Harvard trained internist, is a physician executive with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and health IT. Designated as a woman power player in health IT by Becker’s Hospital Review, she is a sought after thought leader with a track record of driving transformation in digital health as a means of democratizing access to care and advancing the industry. Her primary interests include health equity, patient access to care, clinician and care team experience and digital transformation. She currently serves as Chief Healthcare Advisor to World Wide Technology, a global IT company with more than 8000 employees.
Marc Bard, MD
Board Member
Marc Bard practiced Internal Medicine at Harvard Community Health Plan and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where his administrative responsibilities ultimately led to an over 40-year health care leadership consulting career. His firm, The Bard Group, was acquired by Navigant Consulting where he served as Chief Innovation Officer. Today he divides his time between consulting to academic health care organizations; painting watercolors for charitable purposes; and doting on his grandchildren.
Donna Graves
Board Member
Donna Graves is a graduate of UNH with a BS degree in Business Administration. She worked in the corporate world for 35+ years gaining significant experience in customer service, operations and project management. Most recently with Copyright Clearance Center where her primary role was Project Manager for three acquisitions.
Donna grew up on Newfound Lake, but raised her family in Hamilton, Massachusetts. She recently retired and relocated to Bridgewater. She enjoys many activities with family and friends (PICKLEBALL, hiking, skiing, boating and even a competitive game of Mah Jongg).

Betty Seeler
Board Member
Betty was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She did her undergraduate work at Temple University in Philadelphia. For several years she taught high school business in New York City. Betty and her husband moved their machine shop to Bristol, NH in 1973. Betty obtained her CPA license in 1985. She has been involved in the construction industry and has been very active in Bristol United Church of Christ, Town of Bristol, Lakes Region VNA (formerly NANA), Slim Baker Foundation and other nonprofit organizations in the Newfound Area.
Lisa Kennedy-Sheldon, PhD, ANP-BC, AOCNP, CGNC, FAAN

Lisa is a consultant and nurse practitioner working locally and globally to improve health through education, partnership and advocacy. She is an oncology nurse practitioner and the former Chief Clinical Officer at the Oncology Nursing Society, Associate Professor at UMass Boston, and Editor of the Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing. Dr. Sheldon has served on the National Cancer Policy Forum in Washington, DC, and currently works as a nurse consultant to organizations and industry. She serves on the board of the International Society of Nurses in Cancer Care as the Chair of the Member Development Portfolio and on the board of the Lakes Region Visiting Nurses Association.
Sheila Burke
Board Member
Sheila A. Burke, a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications with minors in Economics and Journalism. Throughout her distinguished career, she has focused on helping people who have rare, serious and chronic health conditions to understand their medical condition and treatment options and to enjoy the best possible quality of life. Over the years, Sheila has served in senior executive roles in the global life sciences industry, building and managing communications and corporate marketing functions for large and small organizations that are openly committed to a patient-centric business model. In 2015, she founded a small firm, Method Health Communications, LLC, based in Meredith, NH, and has steadily grown revenues with clients who specialize in a range of therapeutic areas.
Donna Driscoll
Board Member
Starting her nursing career after graduating from an associate degree-nursing program; she continued to obtain a BSN from Saint Joseph's College of Nursing in Maine while working as the Director of an Emergency Department. Dr. Driscoll graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSN) in 2010. While continuing her career as an emergency nurse and clinical nursing educator Dr. Driscoll obtained a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree (DNP) in 2016 with research that included the new graduate RN and simulation training to assist with clinical reasoning and the response to patient clinical emergencies. Her focus on assisting new graduate nurses transition to practice is the core of her research. The experience and training of what to look for to detect patient deterioration and put interventions in place for a positive patient outcome has been ingrained in her teaching.

Marc Fils-Aime is the current branch and business development manager for Meredith Village Saving Bank’s Center Harbor branch. Marc is a graduate of Norwich University, and holds a degree in Exercise Science.
