LRVNA is the leading provider of hospice and home care services in the region. Our staff consists of compassionate and experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patients and their families. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including skilled nursing, palliative care, and rehabilitation therapy, all in the comfort of our patients’ homes. Our holistic approach ensures that our patients receive the support they need, both physically and emotionally, to maintain their health and well-being.

Nursing Staff
Our nursing staff consists of highly trained and experienced registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. They work closely with our patients, their families, and their healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans that meet their individual needs and help them recover and maintain their health in the comfort of their own homes.
Rehabilitation Staff
Our rehabilitation staff consists of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists who are specialized in providing home-based rehabilitation services to our patients. They work closely with our patients, their families, and their healthcare providers to develop personalized rehabilitation plans that help our patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence.
Personal Care Staff
Our personal care staff consists of certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and home health aides (HHAs) who are dedicated to providing personal care services to our patients. They assist our patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, and provide companionship and emotional support to help our patients maintain their independence and quality of life.
