Q: Will my insurance cover Home Care & Hospice?

Yes, the LRVNA accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurances. If you are concerned if your insurance will be accepted, please give us a call and we will be happy to guide your through the process.

Q: I don't have insurance, can I still get care?

We will work with you to help provide services with a payment plan. For more information on how to set up a payment plan, call our office at (603) 279-6611.

Q: Is the LRVNA's staff licensed?

Yes! All of LRVNA nurses, therapists, and licensed nursing assistances are licensed by the State of New Hampshire.

Q: How quickly can I get started with the LRVNA?

Really quickly! We have the fastest response time of any Home Care and Hospice Agency in the Lakes Region if not New Hampshire at-large. Give us a call at (603) 279-6611 for details on how you can get started!

Q: Why should I seek Home Care?

Patients choose home care for a wide variety of reasons. Our expert staff can help you manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, COPD or a new medical diagnosis. They can also help those feeling challenged by managing medications, balance problems or recent falls. Or, perhaps you need help caring for a loved one- whether it’s an aging parent or spouse. Sometimes home care is needed to help you get back on your feet after an illness or a surgery. Everyone knows, it’s a lot easier to feel better in your own bed! For many, home care can help preserve independence by allowing them to remain in their home.

Q: How flexible are Care schedules?

Very. Your nurse or therapist will establish a schedule based on your needs and availability.

Q: What do I do if I need help after hours?

Q: How soon should I Hospice?

As soon as you can! Hospice services are focused around comfort care. To maximize your comfort benefit, don't wait until the last minute to take advantage of these wonderful services.

Q: How do I know if I qualify for Hospice?

The LRVNA expert staff will come to you in the comfort of your own home to discuss care options and determine if Hospice services are appropriate for you. We will then lay out a plan of action to get you started!

Our nursing staff consists of highly trained and experienced registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. They work closely with our patients, their families, and their healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans that meet their individual needs and help them recover and maintain their health in the comfort of their own homes.

Rehabilitation Staff

Our rehabilitation staff consists of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists who are specialized in providing home-based rehabilitation services to our patients. They work closely with our patients, their families, and their healthcare providers to develop personalized rehabilitation plans that help our patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence.

Personal Care Staff

Our personal care staff consists of certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and home health aides (HHAs) who are dedicated to providing personal care services to our patients. They assist our patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, and provide companionship and emotional support to help our patients maintain their independence and quality of life.
