Our nursing staff consists of highly trained and experienced registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. Our rehabilitation staff consists of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists who are specialized in providing home-based rehabilitation services to our patients. Our personal care staff consists of certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and home health aides (HHAs) who are dedicated to providing personal care services to our patients.
